Refund Policy

At SONShine Schoolhouse, enrollment is limited to ensure small class sizes and individualized learning opportunities. Because your child's enrollment reserves a space that cannot be offered to another family, all tuition payments, supply fees, and other school-related fees are non-refundable once paid.

By enrolling, families acknowledge and agree that:
* All tuition payments are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, dismissal, absence, or change in circumstances.
* The annual supply fee is non-refundable, as materials are purchased in advance for each learner.
* Monthly tuition payments are a commitment to the annual tuition agreement and are non-refundable once processed.
* Families choosing to withdraw their learner before the end of the school year remain responsible for any outstanding tuition due under their selected payment plan, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by SONShine Schoolhouse.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to maintain quality programming, secure exceptional educators, and provide a consistent learning experience for all families.
